EFICO grower and brood stock feed

BioMar grower and brood feeds have been regrouped underneath the EFICO label according to their use and characteristics.

EFICO Enviro

The EFICO Enviro product range replaces most of the previous Ecolife products from the BioMar factory in Denmark. Common for the EFICO Enviro grower feeds are a high feed performance combined with very low environmental impact in terms of emissions of phosphorous and nitrogen. The philosophy is that all the nutrients must be used by the fish for growth rather than lost to the surrounding water environment. This is among other things obtained through the use of selected high quality fish meal.

EFICO Alpha

The EFICO Alpha product range replaces most of the previous Aqualife products. The EFICO Alpha range comprises a number of different feed types, which all together covers almost all thinkable farming situations including also more extensive farm types. In the development of EFICO Alpha we have prioritised high growth based on a flexible selection of raw materials over time.

EFICO Genio

EFICO Genio replaces the former Ecogen productline. The focus of this productline is obtain a high yield of high quality eggs and thereby give the next generation of fish the best possible start in life. This is achieved by utilising selected raw materials with a nutritional composition matching the needs of the mother fish and by the addition of e.g. vitamines and minerals needed to ensure the health of the brood stock and healthy eggs.

EFICO Sigma and EFICO Delta

The EFICO Sigma and EFICO Delta replaces most of the Ecolife products produced in South Europe. EFICO Sigma are high performance feeds targetting among other species sea bass, sea bream, turbot, pike perch, and sturgeon. The feed types labelled EFICO Delta are mainly high performance trout feed specially developed to match the Southeuropean farming conditions.
