Colourful feed bags
As part of the celebration of BioMar’s 50th Anniversary, the feed packed in 20 and 25 kg feed bags from the BioMar factories in Denmark, Spain and France will in the coming months bear the artwork of the children from a local school in Brande – the Danish city where the BioMar history started 50 years ago.
In 1962, a handful of entrepreneurial Danish fish farmers decided to start a fish feed factory in Brande. In the same spirit the Managing Director at BioMar A/S in Brande, Lars Rahbæk, decided to corporate with two classes of 11-12 years old pupils from a local school to present ideas of how to celebrate BioMar’s 50th Anniversary. The idea was that the earlier our children learn that entrepreneurship is greatly appreciated and needed in business life, the more efficient they can contribute to the development of our world, once they have finished school.
One of the ideas proposed by the pupils pointed out the feed bags as an ideal media to promote a message that will go to all fish farms using BioMar feed. The children created a colourful Anniversary design for the feed bags and this will in the summer months appear on all 20 and 25 kg feed bags sold from Denmark, France, and Spain to around 60 countries, where BioMar is selling feed.
