BioMar Holding A/S and Aktieselskabet Schouw & Co. have merged with Aktieselskabet Schouw & Co. as the continuing company. The BioMar Group is consequently a fully owned subsidiary of Aktieselskabet Schouw & Co. as of 16 April 2008.
