BioMar EMEA introduces online customer portal.
At BioMar, we have a strong focus on providing best-in-class service and having strong relationships with our customers.
Besides the excellent service provided, we, at BioMar, also constantly strive to optimise our processes and invest in new technologies. As a result of this approach, we are now introducing the BioMar Customer Portal to ensure that our customers have the flexibility to receive the best service that fits their needs and operations structure.
BioMar Customer Portal will enable our customers to utilise the following services online, 24/7:
- Order placement
- Tracking of order history
- Overview of feed usage
- Archiving and accessing files such as delivery notes and invoices
- User assignment for company/farm employees
- Managing user rights for farm/company employees
The BioMar Customer Portal is available for our customers in Spain, Denmark, Finland and several other markets served by BioMar’s factory in Denmark. As for now, the portal operates in English, Danish, Finnish and Spanish. More markets and languages will follow.
