The Annual Cold Harvest Conference and Trade Show is the main networking and information dissemination event for the aquaculture sector in Newfoundland and Labrador (NL).  As Canada’s premier aquaculture conference and trade show, Cold Harvest attracts over 600 delegates from across Canada and around the world. 

With world-class keynote speakers and guests, sessions and panel discussions related to aquaculture innovation, technology and consumer trends, this event should not be missed! Cold Harvest 2023 is the place to learn about the latest in aquaculture, see the newest technology in the trade show.

The conference and trade show takes place September 5-7 at the Delta Hotel in historic St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. 

St. John’s is located on the most eastern edge of North America, is Canada’s oldest European settlement, and the region is home to some of the most ecologically interesting areas in the World.  St. John’s also has internationally recognized centres in aquaculture and fisheries science, with Memorial University’s Fisheries and Marine Institute and Faculty of Science leading the way.
