For this first chapter, “Hands On Farming” takes us to Charente, on the banks of the Touvre River in France, to meet Les Piscicultures Bellet.

Here, the story of the company is attached to family and place,  passed down from generation to generation. Now led by Loïc Bellet, this story reflects an aquaculture that is both intimate and ambitious, shaped by memory, commitment, and constant adaptation.
